User friendly features include ….

• illuminated blue touch pad buttons to control the dose of coffee at the touch of a button,
• direct pre-infusion, steam pressure gauge,
• automatic boiler refill and back-flush program for each group.

The electronic switchboard helps control the dosage of coffee through 5 selection buttons, located above each group.  These allow you to dispense the right amount of coffee at the push of a button.

Stainless steel panels can be powder coated, but the colour choices are limited to the powder coat range.

The Ruggero was designed by John Slade in 2005 as a tribute to his father-in-law, Henry Rogers, known to his clients as Rodg. He had a long history in the coffee industry as he was one of the first espresso service technicians in Melbourne. Henry introduced John into the industry and shared his wealth of knowledge of espresso machines. John, in turn, shared his passion with his son, Paul, who today is the proud owner of Disavè Espresso Equipment Suppliers.
