Machines are available in Gravity and Pump versions, allowing over-run from 30% to 80% depending on which machine is used. There are bench machines and floor type machines for small runs to large production. Our YoCream soft-serve frozen yogurt (liquid pre-mix) is available in a large variety of flavours and has high active live culture ranging between 200 – 400 million probiotics/ gram. With the range offering tart, low-fat, premium-fat, non-fat and non-dairy (sorbet) versions suitable for soft serve machines. We also have on offer Soft Serve Ice Cream mix which is suitable with our machines.
